About
I help business owners and non-executive directors close the gap between how corporate governance looks on paper and how it actually works.
For two decades I built the systems that protect a company from the inside: intellectual-property and asset-protection frameworks, corporate-security strategy, project and permit governance, due diligence and ownership structuring. I did this in one of the toughest environments for governance, where rules are tested by real conflict, not by theory.
Today I work independently and write two analytical series on where governance, board oversight and corporate security break down, and how to see it early enough to protect both company value and the board's own judgment. Through real cases I turn that experience into something owners and directors can use before a problem becomes a cost.
